Hi! My name's Susy. I make storytelling actionable through a strategic marketing approach. 

My work starts with understanding a brand's identity, audience, and goals, then translating those insights into marketing strategies that create meaningful connections across the customer journey.

I currently work as a Content Strategist on the Citizen Websites team, helping our senior living clients define their brand and content strategy and translating them into authentic, functional, and scalable websites that help them find their ideal residents and families. 

In my free time, I make my own clothes, teach others how to sew, and hang out with my amazing little one.
